Cam-Shot AI is operated by Cambiante Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). Our Service provides AI-powered event photo management and sharing platform for photographers and event organizers.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2.2 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

• Use Your Content to provide AI-powered features (face recognition, filtering)
• Display and share Your Content as you configure through the Service
• Create backup copies of Your Content

3.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Cambiante Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and storage limits. You can choose a plan that best fits your needs. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during registration.

4.2 Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until that time. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

4.4 Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription plan.

5. AI-Powered Features

Our Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning for features such as face recognition and photo filtering. You acknowledge that:

• AI features may not be 100% accurate and may produce false matches
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated results
• We are not liable for any consequences of incorrect AI matches
• You should obtain necessary consents before using face recognition features
• We process facial data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and implementing appropriate security measures to safeguard your data.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cambiante Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload or share through the Service

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and content after a reasonable retention period
• You remain responsible for any fees incurred before termination
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

If you are located outside of India, you agree that disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
