Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases and transactions made through Cam-Shot AI (the "Platform"), a product owned and operated by Cambiante Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you ("Customer", "User", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. General Policy on Refunds

All purchases, subscriptions, credits, or add-on services made through the Cam-Shot AI Platform are final and non-refundable. The Company does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or lack of usage;
• Termination or cancellation of services by the User before the end of the billing cycle;
• Dissatisfaction with service features, quality, or performance; or
• Inability to access the Platform due to reasons not attributable to the Company (including internet connectivity, device incompatibility, or user error).

Once a payment has been successfully processed, the transaction shall be deemed final and binding.

2. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the User before the renewal date. Cancellation requests must be made through the Platform's account management section or by contacting support@cam-shot.com prior to renewal. Canceling a subscription will stop future renewals, but no refund or credit shall be provided for the ongoing billing period. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any unpaid or partially paid subscriptions.

3. Exceptions — Limited Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Cambiante Technologies Private Limited, such as:

• Verified duplicate charges resulting from a technical error; or
• Erroneous billing by the Company due to system malfunction or human error.

In such cases, the refund, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable period of time, after verification by our accounts team. The Company's decision in all refund matters shall be final and binding.

4. Trial Access and Promotional Offers

Where applicable, Users may be offered limited free trials or preview access to evaluate the Platform before committing to a paid plan. Upon conversion to a paid plan or the conclusion of a free trial, this no-refund policy shall apply in full. Promotional or discounted offers are also non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Service Delivery

Cam-Shot AI provides digital services and cloud-based storage, distribution, and AI-powered image tools. Since these are intangible, instantly deliverable digital goods, Users expressly agree that the standard rights of return applicable to physical goods shall not apply. By making a purchase, you authorize us to deliver the service immediately and waive any statutory right to withdrawal or refund under applicable consumer protection laws to the maximum extent permitted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cambiante Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the denial or non-issuance of a refund, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy or any transaction under it, the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
